Harvest Community Church Men’s Ministry Purpose Statement

At Harvest Community Church, our All-Inclusive Ministry to Men exists to help men become disciples of Jesus Christ by equipping them to lead, serve, and grow in their faith. Inspired by the mission of Man in the Mirror Ministries, we strive to see every man reflecting Christ in his personal life, family, church, and community.

We accomplish this by:

• Engaging men where they are – whether in church, at work, or in the community – to introduce them to the transforming power of Christ.
• Establishing men in spiritual disciplines through Bible study, prayer, and accountability groups that strengthen their walk with God.
• Equipping men to lead in their homes, workplaces, and church, fostering godly relationships and servant leadership.
• Empowering men to impact others by living out their faith through discipleship, outreach, and acts of service.

Our vision is to see men grow into spiritually mature, Christ-centered leaders who influence the world for the Kingdom of God. Through intentional relationships, practical teaching, and authentic brotherhood, we help men move beyond complacency to live out God’s purpose for their lives.
